At SeaWorld GardenWorld, we take pride in curating quality products that bring beauty, functionality, and joy to your home, garden, and aquarium. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on most items within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in original condition

Returned in the original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item arrives damaged or defective. [We may request a photo to help resolve the issue quickly.]
Final sale items, such as clearance products or customized pieces, are not eligible for return. [We will mark these items as “Final Sale” in the product listing.]
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14–21 business days.
Partial refunds may apply in cases where:

Parts are missing for reasons not due to our error

The return request exceeds the eligible window
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasn’t posted after 21 business days:

Return Instructions
To initiate a return, email us at returns@swgwshop.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for approval and instructions before shipping any items back.
Unless the item was received damaged or defective, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return shipping expenses may be deducted from your refund.
If you're returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
